The awfullest experience I ever had. I was alone in the car and the driver waq terrible. He refused to drive me to the airport because it was too expensive for him. He claimed for 500 000 dong more, pretending he didn't know I had booked for the airport. He didn't understand one word of English and phoned someone, from the THUAN PHAT LIMOUSINE Company. So he said. The man who called me Dear Lady claimed I had to pay otherwisethe driver would drop me on the way to the airport. I had the driver phone the company because I didn't have wifi. No answer. He finally took me to the airport and cldiminished his scam to 100 000 dong. I refused, and gave him the 10 000 dong for the entrance fee. He didn't accept screamed he would loose his day bla-bla-bla. I finally managed to open the door and ran away leaving the 10 000 dong on the seat... I am 75 years old ... He didn't care ... reson more to frighten me. NEVER NEVER NEVER BOOK A TRIP WITH THUAN PHAN LIMOUSINE. I told them afterwards, once at the airport, with wifi that I woule tell you to bannish them from your site. A terrible experience that I don't wish anyone to live.

The trip it self was ok. I had to carry my backpack on my lap because there was no time to put it in the trunk. The worst part was the waiting. There were many driver approaching you and trying to get you in their vehicle. This kinda stressed me out. The ride itself was good
