it was ok. the cabin was comfy but the chair wouldnt recline. we left an hour early and managed to arrive an hour late, so 2 more hours than it was supposed to take. also, people talking loud on the phone, lying on the ground. i booked this bus that was more expensive than the others to avoid things like that but it ended up being the same as cheaper buses.

Drivers drove crazy. Breaking extremely hard. I thought I was going to fall out of the bunk. Blanket felt a bit scruffy. Stopped many times collecting packages.

The bus journey from Hoi An to Phan Thiet was better than expected. It’s for sure an experience. Although we started a bit late, we arrived only half an hour later than originally planned. A big plus was that the bus drove straight through without major stops, which saved time. The sleeping arrangements were okay. We were provided with water and the bus even had a functioning toilet. It's worth noting that the roads were very poor for the first half of the journey, but of course, this is not the fault of the bus company. Overall, considering all the bus options, this is probably the best. However, after having made this bus experience, I would take the plane next time.

A day before departure the bus company texted us that the bus would leave 1.5 hours earlier than planned. Even though this was very inconvenient for us we changed our plans to make it work. Then, one of us got allocated a cabin that was only half as big as the other ones and did not have a window. It did not say that in the booking confirmation and we had paid the same price. It was only after a rather long discussion that we got another cabin. In addition, it was impossible to get to the toilet because so may people were sleeping on the floor in the middle of the aisle. This made us feel uncomfortable especially because it meant we were almost sleeping face to face with other people.

Expecting the bus to leave at 22:45 I suddenly got a phone call at 19:45 saying the bus was ready to go at 20:00. Despite having an email confirmation and s ticket that both said 22:45 the people at the company just kept telling us we were wrong. We had to abbandon our dinner plans, pack in an extreme rush and get an expensive taxi to scramble to the pick up place. They kept the bus waiting for us which no doubt asked the other people on it.

an incorrect departure address was sent by whatsapp that made us almost miss the bus. bus drove like hell. stuff unfriendly and not communicative. stopped for dinner, locked the bus without telling us how long the break would be if any… so lots of room for improvement. at least the guy at the office was extremely nice.

The same day of the trip we were informed to go to the office 30 minutes before the departure time, since we had 40 minutes of van to reach the sleeping bus (it was not indicated in the booking). The bus arrived 30 minutes later than the expected time and when we were in the bed after 1 hour they asked us to move to another bed. The bus was overcrowded and there were people sleeping also in the hallway, so that we were not able to go to the toilet.
