Train was okay but if you can dont choose the upper bed be cause the AC is crazy strong and cold, so the walls and your bed is getting all wet If you can, take your own food on board cause the food is only noodles !

They were missing informations (which termina, which gate) because the company(Vietravel Ailrlines) didn't have any online access to get the information, to register, to plan our arrival at the Ho Chi Minh airport. Logically, it was suppose to be at the domestic termnal but it wasn't the case. We had to pay extra transport charge to go to another terminal(the international one?) Their was also some confusion about luggage understanding. I paid for two carry-on but they were calculated our two small back pack for the day(that we usually have with us on the plane) as carry-on. We had to pay extra charge and the operation to put our two real carry-on together (with plastic rap) was complicated because the information was not clear, we had to comeback three times to the counter of the company.. After that, we had to wait infront a TV screen to know if our luggage needed extra verification but we didn't know for how long. Because of that and and the large number of travelers passing through customs at this time we almost miss our flight. Hopefully, we came early for this flight.But for a simple internal domestic flight it appears really complicated and stressfull.
