Hanoi to Hoi An Destination Reviews

AM
The driver was smoking during the whole trip (16 hrs!) He had his window open, but the whole bus smelled of cigarettes. The driver is very rude and aggressive, better look for another company.

Pick up location was a little odd so I was nervous, but they communicated well via WhatsApp! Bed was clean and comfy, staff were helpful. Bus arrived late but that is to be expected. Switched to a minivan in Da Nang and they even took me to my hotel for free

I got to Da Nang, but the departure was an hour later than the official start time. The lack of information about the bus number until boarding the bus an hour after the departure time was also unnerving, otherwise the trip included stops for the toilet and the bus arrived in Da Nang on time.

Got us there safely. It took 3 hours longer than it was supposed to with no communication from the staff. Bathroom smelled terrible, was very unsanitary, and was covered in trash. There was lots of dirt in the bunks and ants crawling all over my bed. The bag I stowed in the bottom of the bus was returned to me covered in dirt. The bus was overfilled so bags were stored in the walkways so you could not access the exit or bathroom for the majority of the ride.

No bathroom on the bus but they make lots of stops. Very clean, worth paying a little more for extra comfort. Make sure to bring snacks and food. You can charge your devices from your seat. They gave me a soft blanket to sleep with.
