The trip was okay but just 2 stops are not enough since we don't have toilet inside the bus.

The restrooms smelled absolutely disgusting; it is obvious that they are not deep-cleaned. Furthermore, they make only one stop for a meal—at a location where the food options are extremely limited. It was terrible having to hold it for so long just to get off the bus and use a restroom.

Rude staff. Smell of coherent smoke through out the journey. Constant talking from the driver and crew through the whole night.

Sorry but because we had to push the bus at 5am, wait for hours in a suffocating hot bus without AC and arrived 10 hours after when we were supposed to arrived, I cannot say I had a good trip even if the bus was good, and landscapes amazing.

G8 Sapa discovery travel is outdoing themselves. Sleeper cabin was clean, I was sleeping 10hrs straight on the 17hrs ride on the upper cabin on the last row. I read many people are complaining about it but as said, 10hrs straight sleeping. It should be mentioned that this cabin felt a bit shorter than one I was using before (upper cabin but in the middle). I'm 173 so for any taller, the last row might be not as comfortable. the bus had 1hr delay but all clients were informed already 5/6 hrs before departure about the delay due to traffic and that we can come later to the pickup spot overall, since my first experience with this operator, I am trying to only drive with them.

The sleeper bus was in fact very comfortable and clean. The driver was nice and responsible. These are reasons for the 5 star rating. However, I got very motion sick, something I hadn’t considered. If you use this service be sure to take something for motion sickness before you board.
