He welcomed us all and expressed his gratitude in having us on board. He took very good care of us all the way from Halong to Hanoi. He explained so nicely where and when the bus was going to stop and he so nicely communicated with us beforehand so that we had the comfort to know that we are in good hands. Chung my guy you are one in a million!

Daniel TMr Hau is a very poor driver. We were very frightened during the journey, and it was an extremely uncomfortable experience. He put us in unnecessary danger several times by braking at the last moment and by taking his attention off the road while reading or replying to messages on his phone.
His driving was also very uncomfortable, as he constantly accelerated and then released the accelerator. He is the first driver we have had during our 15 days in Vietnam who made us feel unsafe.
