They picked us up almost 1 hour too late. And i booked a VIP sleeperbus and expected a bus with 22 cabins. This looked like a regular sleeperbus with 34 cabines. We arrived one and a half hour later then expected.

Bus itself was nice and comfortable. The rest was poor. Bus left and arrived an hour late. Made multiple stops to deliver packages? To local people. And the arrival destination wasn't where it was supposed to be. It was 10 minutes further into the city. When I adressed this to the driver, he just told me to 'book a taxi' to get to the destination where we where supposed to stop.

Bus doesn't pick you up from the location specified on 12go. Arrived late. Playing really loud music the whole time. You have to store your bags on the seat because there is minimal shelf space.
