In general the buses were very nice. Unfortunately the communication and information from both G8 and 12go was below expectations. First of all when I booked the trip they made it seem like it was one trip without any transfers, which was definitely not the case. We had to switch buses 4 times… and we didn’t even get any information about that whatsoever. Also what annoyed me was that we arrived around 2,5 hours late which was an unwelcomed surprise…
