Be careful when booking this ticket. The boat is actually a small shuttle that is not suitable for passengers with luggage, and this is not mentioned before booking. Getting onto the boat is difficult because boarding is done directly from the sand and water, which requires a lot of effort, especially with bags. When we arrived at the port, some porters took our luggage without asking and prepared it for loading. At first, we assumed they were official staff working with the company. However, once we got off the boat, they refused to return the luggage unless we paid them money. The transfer to Lombok Airport was also disappointing. The van had no proper luggage space, so all the bags were tied to the roof with ropes. We spent the whole journey worried that our luggage might fall off. Overall, the experience was not satisfactory at all. I would recommend paying a bit more for a better and more reliable service. Also, be careful of scammers at the port.

Public ferry was good, but what made my whole trip was driver to the airport! Angus was the sweetest driver. We had such a good chat during the ride and he was very safe on the roads! 10/10 would recommend. I also didn’t realize it was a private transfer which was a plus!
