We were two women traveling alone, one over 60 and wanted a 2 bed cabin. However we were put with 2 men and 2 women in a cabin of 4 (so we were 6 people in there). Not a first class experience. It was very cold, nobody came by to sell food or drinks and the 4 people were spitting on the floor and our shoes

Comfortable overall. Sleep possible with ear plugs + mask. Duty of carriage conductor is to stop people talking on their phones and making a racket which they weren’t very responsive too. Loos can’t be rated above acceptable and accessible.

If I could give any star number for the pickup point, I would give 0 because the first time we booked this trip we did not find the pickup point "Hanuman Murti". If you take this trip look for "Karol Bagh Gurgaon Stand" on Google Maps, that's the real pickup point. Why doesn't the company give GPS coordinates? The next day we booked again (loosing our money from the day before) and after much research and preparation (e.g., being two hours in advance to look for the pickup point) it went better. Overall the bus was comfortable, with toilet and food stops every now and then. However we reached Jodhpur with more than 2 hours delay. Mixed experience, would do again, but can be stressful and unclear.

Ordering was straightforward and clear. Tickets arrived promptly. It would have been good to know that for Indian railways 1st class if I text 139 and the passenger number, I could have found the cabin number. Train was bang on time. 1st class sleeper was clean, safe and relatively comfortable, though my western hips found the beds a little firm. Honestly, it was waaay better than expected. Loved it!
