Silvester NLet me start by apologizing for the fact that I really cannot give more than one star across the board. We booked a VIP bus trip for four people from Cat Ba to Tam Coc at €20 per VIP seat. First of all, the designated pickup point was unclear to several travelers. According to the map, the location wasn't a building or a reception area, and no one—including the locals—knew exactly how it worked. We tried calling the G8 Sapa service desk, but they wouldn't pick up. Then, a driver who happened to be looking for passengers asked for our names; he was very surprised to find us on the list, but so be it. As for the bus ride itself: instead of four VIP seats, we got two VIP seats and two spots on the front bench seat (designed for two people). In other words, no luxury seats—and the seatbelt on that bench was broken, too. Not exactly safe. In the meantime, I contacted 12Go (the booking agent), sending them an email and photos and requesting a (partial) refund. After all, they didn't deliver what was booked. But they’re playing dumb; they’ve got the money in the bag, after all. In my opinion, a major company should take responsibility—but 12Go doesn't!

Naomi ZThe staff at the office and the worker in the bus (not driver) were all really nice and the bus was comfortable, but the driver was driving recklessly and honking loudly and excessively at everyone the whole ride and shouted at people on the street. Total road rage. He drove too fast, overtook everyone on the road and kept having to brake the bus very hard. Did not feel safe in the bus which is the whole point of paying someone to transport you from A to B

Line DJ’ai reçu, avant le départ, des messages whatsapp de conducteurs différents. Ça prêtait à confusion. Ils m’ont donné rdv à un autre lieu que celui prévu initialement (alors que j’avais réservé en fonction de ça). L’un d’eux m’a demandé une photo de moi, c’est complètement inapproprié. Quand on donne une location précise avec Google maps, si on veut vérifier l’identité de la personne, on demande les papiers d’identité en cas de doute !
Le bus s est arrêté après seulement 30 minutes, ils nous ont fait attendre pendant une heure. Il semble que nous étions beaucoup à avoir réservé avec cette compagnie et ils ont voulu nous mettre dans un bus plus grand. L’organisation était nulle !!!
Pas de chance, nous avons eu des embouteillages à Hanoi (ce n’était pas de leur faute), nous sommes arrivés avec presque 2h de retard.
Je ne bloque une bus « luxurieus » pour être traitée comme du bétail !!!
