WIFI doesn't work at all. customer service is terrible. If you message to customer service, it takes 7Hours to get reply. If you wanna go to toilet, worker just ignore you and say same thing again and again. " No Toilet. No Toilet. No Toilet" even I asked so many times. please stop car just for 3 min, but they didn't. even one customer get out the car, and I asked to go to toilet but they don't let me go. and they didn't go to rest stop. but still they say "No Toilet" again and again. super annoying service. and they will LIE to you literary LIE to you. they said time change to 22:30, but it was just complete lie. they start to go at 23:00 as scheduled. I think they lie because they don't want people late.
