Driver was on time and van was in excelllent condition. WiFi was nice and driver dropped us off at hotel in Nha Trang which we weren’t expecting and was much appreciated. Overall a great experience.

This bus trip itself was fine. What wasn't fine was the fact that the pdf sent from 12go meant nothing and the company that actually sold the tickets never sent us the QR code to get on the bus. They wouldn't let us on the bus because they "didn't have our booking" but with minutes to spare we finally got in touch with the company selling the tickets and they sent us to QR code. This was a very stressful experience.
