Chiang Mai to Hua Lamphong Destination Reviews

Our overall experience of this service was extremely poor and also quite worrying and unsafe. Firstly, on the booking it says you get a blanket and food vouchers for the stop half way. We got neither of those things. Then, the most worrying of all, when we stopped at the half way point another driver took over and it honestly felt like he had never driven a bus before. He struggled for approximately 5 minutes trying to get the bus into first gear. When he eventually did, he went to pull out onto the main road and stalled the bus while there was oncoming traffic. We had to do a U-Turn on a main road and he misjudged the turn and he ended up stalling the bus while across two lanes of oncoming traffic and the other driver had to come up from the back of the bus and get in to turn the bus. We felt very unsafe for the remainder of the journey which was about 5 hours. We would not recommend this service to a friend. Also, the bus made about 10 short stops along the way dropping things off and collecting some things from people along the way.

The bus was not comfortable. It was freezing with the aircon & they would not adjust it, making it an unpleasant journey The bus station was fantastic & easy to check in & to find the platform. That was the good bit & the bus left & arrived pretty much on time. That was also good as well as the booking procedure. Thank you

The first time we booked through from 12Go was everything fine because we got what we pay for.Same Agent as they mentioned in the ticket and The Agent service is Excellent even though that was Normal Bus. But for the second time we were facing payment issues from the application because even after we paid but page is still not updated for payment information plus no confirmation and receipt so that we had hard time who we can contact on the spot,You should have customer service number to contact any of payment issues or email because we didn’t get the email right away to contact as soon as possible.Another one things is we booked the tickets expensive but the agent is not like in the voucher you issued and bus is old.
