The lady who took our tickets got very very angry because we sat in the wrong seat. She yelled at us and demanded that we show our tickets again. She was extremely rude and almost violent. Also, the aircon was leaking water onto us. Also, the bus brakes were burning and we could smell it inside the bus. The bus is old and everything made noise when we hit a bump in the road. I will not recommend your service to anyone.

The bus ride went very well, but the instruction to arrive 30 min before the trip was unnecessary. The bus arrived at the time it was said to leave and we just had to show the pdf ticket and board. No problems at all :)

Seat are pretty comfortable, trip was smooth, we had to change bus right at the beginning for some reason, so about 30 minute delay

Safe ride, many stop for VIP service. The driver drove carefully when it was raining during part of the drip. The dampers and tyres were not in best possible condition. The driver stopped over 10 times in the middle in different villages and Chiang Rai suburbs resulting being late approximately 20 minutes. Why don't the guide people who require stops to slower bust type, eg. VX bus that left 30 minutes earlier. The driver did not help with putting baggage to the trunk.
