Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai Destination Reviews

D
Booked VIP and got downgraded to normal bus without notice. They reimbursed us the ticket price difference. Left Chiang Mai late as waiting over 30 minutes for late passengers. We weren't given any information on why we weren't leaving.

The bus broke down. Waited an hour in the heat at the side of the road for a replacement. Wasn’t sure if it was going to make it there either!

Easy to find my bus. Left on time and very comfortable seating that reclined far. Bring a heavy sweater because AC is super cold. In booking process there is an insurance policy added to ticket unless you unselect it...be careful. I missed it first time but caught the small box on my second trip. Adds another 7usd to price.
