This was one of the worst experiences we had travelling with this company they had very little organisation and was extremely late compared to the expected time line. The driver had very little care for the passengers and was rude. It was also said we would have our own beds but then was crammed together. Only allowed to leave the bus once or twice and when we could it was going to the toilet on the side of the road. Overall would not recommend.

We were supposed to leave Chiang Mai 17.00. 17.15 the bus had not shown up and we got an massage, it will come in 30 min. We ended up driving at 18, 1 hour after it was supposed to leave. But we got money because of the delay.
