The van picked us up on time from our guest House. However we were driven to a bus station where we waited for an hour and a half before the van finally left for Chiang Rai. So we were an hour and a half to 2 hours delayed arriving at our destination. Even worse, we had money stolen from a backpack while we were waiting at the bus station. We expected the van would have been locked but clearly it was not. This was the only time that we were separated from the backpacks. The amount of money stolen was substantial so it has impacted our travels. We we thought you should be aware of this and that you should alert your driver's to keep any waiting Vans locked!

The bus was very old and not very attractive. You could tell it had repairs and replacements that were not installed very well. The comfort was as expected, but I was not impressed with the appearance of the bus.
