The website was misleading. It was shared that we would be arriving at 12:30 but we ended up arriving around 14:30. The bus took three stops we didn’t know about. I think this information should be provided while booking.

Comfortable inside but the bus struggled to get up steep areas rattled like the shockies were broken and was rusty round the door and luggage compartments which leaked water. My bag was wet when we arrived. The bus needs some maintenance big time.

Nothing about the bus itself or the driver. I was shocked at the condition of the road. It will be a great journey when the road is finished but until then, give it a miss or fly. Everyone rants about the road to Pai. Honestly, no problem with that journey or the road. And Pai is such a lovely chill place. Im not sure if Chiang Rai is anything special yet but....early days.

The driver was good but the bus was very old. For a VIP Bus we expected a newer Model. The express bus looked more modern.

The bus was very old, almost all seats are broken and are either stuck fully reclined or not adjustable. Very uncomfortable ride.
