Bus was not road worthy. They had to stop ac at steep heights because of weak engine. Bus was not on time and broke on the way. Passengers were dropped at 2:10 pm on bus terminal 2 instead of terminal 1 in Chiang rai. Passengers complain that ticket is upto terminal 1 but they do not provide any alternate. Lost of time and money as well as I had to pay 100 bht for grab from terminal 2 to terminal 1.
