We were supposed to leave Chiang Mai 17.00. 17.15 the bus had not shown up and we got an massage, it will come in 30 min. We ended up driving at 18, 1 hour after it was supposed to leave. But we got money because of the delay.

On time departure and arrival. Well managed. Bus was clean, seats and ride was comfortable. One stop of 10 minutes to use restroom or buy drinks nibles ect. I recommend this Greenbus express service.
