Booking with12go was easy and the journey was comfortable. But the communication and interaction with the local travel company was frustrating. The time and location booked with 12go was not honoured by the local company: they could have picked me up from my hotel, and the pickup was late. But they did not explain this in the WhatsApp messages they sent. So I ended up making my own way to the location specified in the 12go confirmation and waiting.

In general everything was great except the fact that the driver, when taking out the luggage has thrown my backpack into a puddle on the street (it wasn’t raining, and it was the only puddle around the vehicle) resulting in my backpack and all of the things being wet at the end of the trip.

We travelled with this company twice and both times we found that all of the staff that we encountered were exceptionally rude. They shouted at the passengers several times and were not communicating or updating anyone. We arrived at the destinations 3 hours late both times and we had to change buses on different occasions. Would not recommend.
