We travelled with this company twice and both times we found that all of the staff that we encountered were exceptionally rude. They shouted at the passengers several times and were not communicating or updating anyone. We arrived at the destinations 3 hours late both times and we had to change buses on different occasions. Would not recommend.

You’ll be move to another bus one hour away from Ho Chi Minh ( probably because the sleeper bus is to big for the city ) so my review will be regarding the luxury sleeper bus and not the average bus which was less comfortable obviously
