LDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Booked transfer with hotel pickup at 7am and arrival at 12pm. I finally arrived at 4pm… Would not recommend at all, did not receive any communication before of when the driver would actually arrive, I was finally picked up at 8:30am an hour and a half after the advertised time after getting up and waiting for an hour and a half for no reason. They responded to my messages thankfully but every other operator I’ve used messages you hours before the pickup outlining the schedule so not a good start. However, I would be willing to forgive this late pickup if what happened after wasn’t so outrageous. I was then dropped at the ferry terminal and had to wait FOUR HOURS , with the ferry finally leaving to Gili T at 2pm when I got to the port at 10am. i finally arrived on Gili T at 4pm - meaning to total travel time was NINE HOURS while the advertised time was five. If you’re not going to keep to the times don’t advertise them!!!!! Totally outrageous with messages then saying “we apologise for the inconvenience” when they obviously chose to book me on that ferry. This isn’t a slight delay (which would be understandable and not the operators fault) due to traffic it’s completely misleading the customer. I literally cannot emphasise enough DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!. God forbid you have a flight or something you would be guaranteed to miss it as the transfer time is so appallingly long vs what is advertised. The only reason there is one star a) because I can’t give zero and b) that I did eventually arrive, just about 4 hours LATE. Just get a grab and book the ferry yourself and save yourself your entire day being ruined.

They stole 4 hours of our vacation We booked with Gili Dewata Transfer because the schedule promised departure at 10:30 AM and arrival on Gili Trawangan at 1:30 PM. Instead, we were picked up from our hotel at 9:30 AM, supposedly because of traffic. In reality, we were put on a later boat, not the one we had booked. It feels like they sold us tickets for the earlier departure just to secure the booking, then placed us on whichever boat still had available seats. We finally arrived at 4:40 PM instead of 1:30 PM. The company stole almost 4 hours of our vacation. Since we only had two days on Gili Trawangan, they effectively ruined half of our first day. Very disappointing experience.

The driver was on time, brought us to the ticket counter and left our bags in the car until it was time to board while we went to a local cafe for breakfast. Car was a bit tight with 4 people in it but other than that it was excellent

It was great service and nice ride to Gilli Tarawangan. We stayed few hours and return back from Gili to Padang Bai. Both riders were great.

Only complaint is the staff taking our cases for us into the port without asking if we would like them to, then begging for a tip and would not accept smaller notes we had. Very awkward situation, we always tip but the man was asking for a high amount for a small gesture done. Boat was fine and quicker than expected
