When we arrived to check in, they immediately took our luggages (before check-in in) to bring them into the boat. But too many tickets was sold, no more place to take the boat. We had to take another boat from another company which was mediocre. I had to go back to the boat we didn’t take to take back our luggage’s. Also, we were supposed to leave at 9.30 am, the boat left the harbour at 9.50 am, and around 10 minutes after we left harbour the boat stopped in the middle of the sea during approx 15 minutes without any information of what was happening…. We were supposed to arrive in Gili T at 11am (1,5 hour from Padangbai to Gili T), we finally arrived at 12… so more than 2 hours after we left padangbai.

The online purchase of the Ferry Tickets was quick and simple. The operator of the service was poor, departure was 30 minutes late, the trip took an additional 1 hour on top of the 1.5 hour estimated, boarding was chaotic and unorganized, the Ferry was overcrowded and stuffy. We arrived two hours late.

The driver was driving like a madman. He was looking at his phone and was even in the other lane. Even though I was picked up at 8 a.m., the scheduled time was 9 a.m., I barely made it to the ship.

Everyone in these reviews are actually a joke. How can people blame the operator when you’re someone that gets seasick and you’re going on a boat? It’s ridiculous. They were honestly amazing, everyone was so efficient and kind and it ran extremely smoothly. Inside was nicely air conditioned and outside was great. Can’t fault them. If you’re going to get seasick then don’t get on a boat in the first place.

Took ages to board, trip time wasn't 1 hour it was 2 hrs, if I had known would have booked a different boat/time as wanted fastest crossing. Air con units made a horrendous noise throughout the whole journey.
