The process of getting on the boat is easy, no hassle but I only had a backpack with me. They were on time and the ride was smooth. My issue is with the boat itself. It was one of the bigger boats, the inside looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it first sailed. I also saw a cockroach and bug - grossed out I moved to the outer deck upstairs. Also the air conditioning was not functioning properly so it was HOT inside. The return boat was smaller and seemed cleaner with good air conditioning so it’s really hit or miss depending on which boat you get that day. They don’t refund at all either.

We had 2 different cars on the way. First one from Krabi to Phuket, and the second one from Phuket to Patong beach. It says that the bus stop will be at Jungceylon Patong. But it’s not. The lady stop is pretty far from that shopping mall. Need 20 mins walk Also the minivan from Krabi to Phuket, was not comfortable. We had a nice driver, but the minivan was small , too many people, no oxygen

It is a very convenient and affordable trip from Krabi to Phuket. You just have to be sure to view the details, as some services will require a few transfers from vehicle to vehicle. I like that you get picked up right from your hotel. The views on the way to Phuket were breath taking.
