Driver late picking us up and then drove in an extremely unsafe manner, speeding at up to 100kms an hour in a 50km zone. When we arrived at the terminal at about 12.50 we were informed that check in was 12.30, an hour before departure. We then sat and waited for 40 minutes before boarding ferry, which was quite comfortable.

The journey was quick, I hardly noticed. The boat is comfortable and fast, but it makes a lot of noise, so I strongly recommend taking headphones or earplugs. The staff were kind and responsive, and it was easy to organize ourselves, separating the destinations by color, making it easy to identify your group. I booked with pick up and never got an confirmation of pick up time. The booking just said 7.45 am Ao Nang all hotels. I was a bit worried no one was gonna show up, but luckily they did at about 8.10 am. The information about pick up could definitly be improved. Otherwise the trip went smoothly.

Average Speedboat trip, reliable and on time but also nothing special. Been taking those trips for years now and took 3 Bundhaya trips in the Krabi area with van and ferry in the past weeks. All of them were solid.

Driver was already 1h 10min before departure waiting at hotel reception, we picked up other people and then we had to wait 40min at the Noparatthara Pier. The speedboat journey was quite bumpy. and for the people who sat in the front it was quite wet aswell.
