Everything went smoothly but I was in the front with absolutely no leg room, legs against the dashboard, and the back of the seat only came up to my shoulders. It was so uncomfortable, and clear that they just put as many people into a minivan as possible.

Was picked up at the hotel at 10:45 taken to a bus terminal, then waited 45 mins outside waiting until noon for the van driver to leave. I didn’t book with this guy… there was no markings on the van from the actual company I booked with. The van made stops at the airport, picked up nobody, stopped at two bus stops and picked up one passenger. I will be hesitant to book with 12Go again. Sorry I didn’t like the lack of transparency regarding what to expect.
