The chief of the carriage was so rude to everybody, he was asking me for stuff in the most rude way possible, out of nowhere. The toilets were super bad and the chief didn’t allow us to turn on the fan so all night I was uncomfortable

Hello! and thank you for your request. We had a good trip, even if the beginning of the trip was tricky, in fact having reserved 2 places without being able to be as a couple.... we followed the agents, then during the check, I had to move... the seat numbers do not correspond to the needs of your customers when booking, I could not see sleeping without my wife and this choice comes at the last moment, this is not consistent. Fortunately, we were able to resolve the cabin management which suited everyone... After measuring the temperature, we enjoyed this train in its authentic restaurant!!! The train is a western!!! and it really does it well, thank you very much! preserve it preciously, Seb

The sleeper was comfy. Lights dont go off so bring a sleep mask. I am 186cm and found it a bit of a squeeze in the bed. You don't have the best sleep due to the carriage moving a lot but nonetheless a good experience. The boarding process is a bit chaotic - you can only go onto the platform 10 minutes before departure for some reason then a quick scramble onto the train when it arrives.

The train ride itself is very unpleasant! I don’t know if it’s the tracks or the train but we were getting thrown around all over the place.

As railway service requires a large amount of infrastructure, most railway companies are government-owned and are a part of the national transport system.

One of the best advantages of travelling by train is that railway stations are often conveniently located within or very near major cities and urban areas. Immediately on arrival to their destination, travellers find themselves in close proximity to important facilities like hotels, supermarkets, and hospitals.

If you travel with a lot of bags and luggage, trains are your best option. Luggage weight limits on trains are rather flexible and allow you to carry multiple bags with you.

Special or luxury trains feature sufficient legroom which allows you to stretch your legs and relax. In comfort and space these train seats can be compared to business class airplane seats.
