Very nice trip. Extremely comfy seats even for a 1.92 m tall like me

great ride to Chiang Mai... Good service especially at Don Meuong, an officer noticed I was looking like I'd lost my dog, approached me and had me follow him to the parcel office to give me my tickets, this was afterhours so I was particularly grateful, as the phone in that office had never had anyone pick up though I'd called several times to try and arrange a late pick up. Not just that, but when I noticed this issue about the parcel office being closed I was about to board the plane for bangkok, I opened up a service request on the 12go site, and had an answer with a phone number and twoo solution possibilities within minutes, it cannot have even been ten minutes. Thank you 12go!

The bus was very clean, and although it came 10 minutes later, it was still on time. We were provided with a snack, a water and a voucher for food at one bus stop. It was a nice ride - only the seats couldn't be adjusted completely 180 degree, and there was no toilet on boar
Bus Express, Bangkok Busline (บางกอกบัสไลน์), Jun 20, 2022
Better to board the train at an origin station not trackside at bang su.
Train #9 2nd Class Sleeper AC, Thai Railways (การรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย), Jun 18, 2022
I had a great experience. The only downside was the stop at 1am for food (which was free).
Bus VIP, Bangkok Busline (บางกอกบัสไลน์), Jun 17, 2022
The entire train ride from booking of the ticket to arriving at the destination was relatively seamless and went as planned.
Train #7 2nd Class AC seats only, Thai Railways (การรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย), Jun 17, 2022
Very efficient. The flight attendants were pleasant and helpful. When unloading in Chaing Mai it was the most orderly I have ever seen. I fly Southwest Arline’s in the United States and I feel that your team out performed them

I loved it and I would certainly recommend it because it gave me the possibility to fully relax and even sleep before arrival. Great job 12go.Asia and an excellent job for the driver (Her name was One)
