Antonella Our trip from Bangkok to khao Soc went exactly as it should. We arrived on time. Seats were ok and reclined quite a bit. The only down was that the sheet in front was a little too close. But still more comfy than an aeroplane.

Thomas WBoat was hot and crowded and getting on and off took forever, which wouldn’t be problem if we didn’t have to switch boats halfway. Was also an hour and a half late.

Aleksandra BThey couldn’t find our booking, tried to convince me that we booked the wrong month (I didn’t), weren’t forthcoming with information or help. In the end the porter guy (who was amazing) resolved the issue and eased my mind in the meantime.
The boat was absolutely freezing

Aimee RWe booked a ticket from tappee pier to ko Tao. We weren’t sure with what kind of vehicles this would be but at the check in the woman explained the first part would be with bus and the second part with boat. She also told us we would have to change boats at ko panghan, but when we arrived there the crew told us to stay on board which was a bit confusing (we didn’t end up having to change boats). The journey itself was fine. The sea was rough and made us very sick but that’s not on the company so I would recommend this!
We did have a delay of 2 hours because of the rough sea.

Bastian LBased on the information you get on the website you would think you take the ferry from tapee pier to koh tao. In the end you take the bus from tapee pier to another pier and then stop on every single island before reaching koh tao an hour or so late. After booking a vip Upgrade we at least had very good seats that were very comfortable.

Patricia RNot exactly the most comfortable beds or convenient bathroom situation but definitely sufficient for an overnight ferry trip. The whole process went very smoothly and we arrived safely on Koh Tao Pier.
