No info regarding the transfer at Koh Phangan, also very poor info while doing the transfer. Didn’t know we had to wait 1 hour at the island.

Bad wheather, but good boat and captain! Unfortunately whithout being pre-informed there is a one hour waiting on Koh Phangan in this itenary. To improve the journey, they could provide the waiting area outside, with some food/ coffee shop. And don’t think you will be able to but yourself some breakfast in the early morning before departure on the pier in Koh Tao: big hustle and long waiting line to get to the cashier to reconfirm your already bought ticket. But othertwise good trip.

Did go from Ko Tao 21/5-19 and stopped twice at ko Samui for some reason. Catamaran overbooked as people sitting in plastic chairs in the walkways, and it's NOT SAFE in case of an emergency evacuation, and in this regards Lomprayaha have a LOONG way to go to be a safe way to go to Samui, Pangan or Tao. Next trip we will do will be with Raja ferry or SeTran. Tapei Pier is not a good place from us in south driving past DonSak.

Much too cold at the ferry. Stayed at Koh Phangan for 1h with no information. Loudspeaker announcements couldn't be understood, because of low volume and terrible english. More than half an hour to late at Surat Thani.

The staff were extremely helpful when I lost my credit card in the atm, they went the extra mile and helped organize to collect the card and organize taxis. I Would definitely use Lomprayah again, great customer service and also easy traveling on the ferry.
