I buy this ticket because written on google can bring dog and last year i used the same company glory fast boat because of thiss but they said we can’t bring dog so i couldn’t take the boat and lose my money because they don’t want refund, i will let bad review on google

Preparations and security advises were very good, just like in a plane with instructions via video. Lifewest must be put on and worn throughout the journey.Very clean and comfortable seats.

Service at Sanur Harbor was great and the boat was only 15 minutes late. 2 starts only for Sanur Harbor. The boat trip took around 1 hr instead of 40 minutes (arrived on 3:20 pm instead of planned 2:40 pm) which is also fine. All the other factors were horrible. The people were melting in the boat, arrived all wet and sweaty. After that we waited for around 20-25 minutes to get our luggage and went to the public cars assigned (open cars, super old ones). It was 15 minutes to my hotel from the harbor but it took 1 hour to get to the destination in unpleasant conditions. What is more, after the big boat we had to switch to tiny overloaded boat nearly 10-15cm filled with water. Stressful journey.

Did leave almost one hour late and had a small problem with the engines just when we left the harbour, but everything went well. Rocky has a pier on the south end of Nusa Lembonang, so no need to walk through the water upon arrival.

Booked tickets last minute at the port. Waa cheaper than any of the stores at Port Sanur was offering. Easy check in and there was a ferry minutes from leaving which they allowed us to change to. Excellent overall experience.
