The boat left on time but AC was broken and trip took almost 2 hours longer than scheduled. Also water was coming in through the sides of the window as it was choppy.

When i booked the tickets it stated leaving Sanur Port at 13:00 arriving Gili Air 15:15. A direct fast boat. That was not what happened. We arrived at Gili Air at 16:30. If we had known it was going to be a 3.5hr trip we would've been more prepared with beverages and food.
