We had a very disappointing experience with the ferry from Koh Tao to Koh Samui. To begin with, when we arrived, the place was extremely crowded and there was no proper organization or assistance. The staff were rushing everyone and did not provide any real help when we were boarding the ferry. From that point, the whole experience became even worse. Water started leaking from the ceiling of the ferry. The ferry was poorly maintained and not clean, and there was no one available to properly assist us or address the situation. We had to stand for almost half of the journey because there were no alternative seats or arrangements. In addition, the ticket did not clearly indicate that there would be another stop along the way. After all of this, the ferry was delayed by an hour and a half, which caused us to miss our flight and lose hundreds of dollars. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of assistance, communication, and empathy from the staff. No one offered any meaningful help or solution despite the consequences we faced. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. We will definitely not be traveling with your company again. The lack of organization, maintenance, communication, and especially empathy from the staff was unacceptable.

You should display destinations and boarding time on a LCD screen just before the gates instead of using a microphone. It is sometimes difficult to understand and to be sure we are on the right queue

We were delayed by one hour already once we arrived at the pier in Koh Samui. We sat in the van to the airport. Although the car was totally full and people had to hurry to catch their plane the driver had no rush at all. He waited outside, chatted with some colleagues and made no effort to catch up the delay.
