The location in the app and on the confirmation is not correct punk almost everybody I met on the boat told the same. They had to ask people on the street where the right pier is and look for it.

The perfect ferry. The problem was the taxi ride. I was supposed to be at the hotel, but I was left in the middle of the street at 2 PM in 37-degree heat, a 15-minute walk with two very heavy backpacks. All this, without explanation or response. When I asked, the taxi driver laughed and unloaded my backpacks from the car. Absurd. I found him very rude. I had paid for that service; he wasn't doing me a favor. Terrible.

It is a new company with super friendly service. Depending on where you arrive your large luggage is either put for collection on the on the dock or on the last ship if they land next to another ship.
