Awful customer service. Made a mistake by booking the trip the wrong way around. They had space on the boat but wouldn’t change it, 12go customer service also terrible service. Could not contact anyone whilst we was there. Cost us £200 it didn’t need to.

The hotel drop off wasn't presented as an option on the booking and the staff refused to adjust airport dropoff with hotel near the airport. Overall it's mass transit experience with hundreds of passengers that it is impossible to provide good service. But it worked in the end with a bit of a headache

The ferry was very crowded. The way Lomprayah organizes the luggage is really chaotic and even dangerous. During the trip, a huge pile of cases fell over and almost hit a little girl. The mother pulled her away last second. At arrival everyone rushed at front to dig out his/her Bagpacks/suitcase. All people gathered in front and there was no forth and back. Lomprayah should overthink the way the manage the luggage.m Furthermore the ac was pouring water through the roof. Literally pouring, not dripping.

It was a comfortable trip overall, but we let plusminus 40 minutes later so the time on the airport to check-in was tight. I suggest to communicate the right pier of departure and arrival; now we had no clue where we should arrive first further transport with the coach.
