This trip was mostly smooth and on time compared to my arrival in Koh Samui that was three hours late. Only complaint was it is hard to hear instructions over the megaphone, so it would be helpful to have an agent at the ferry dock help travelers get to the correct bus.

Scheduled to arrive in Phuket at 630pm but almost 1.5 hour late. Driver was on his phone without headphones, and when he got excited from the phone call he lifted his another hand from the steering. So no hands on the steering even though it’s just for few seconds…

It was a smooth journey. Comfortable and efficient. Slight delay in the arrival time but that is ok. Overall great experience and wonderful staff support.

Ferry was good to mainland, however bus transfer to Phuket was much longer than needed to be. Several unnecessary stops were taken which extended the journey to Phuket.
