a good, relatively comfortable airconditioned ride in general but the bus stop where we had to disembark for Phuket Airport was in the middle of nowhere with (coincidentally) tuc-tuc drivers waiting for people already there to bring to the airport. So we had to get a taxi to get out of there anywhere near the airport or our hotel.

Very good organized, in time, the only thing by arrival in Phuket Town we were told to get into the van waiting there for bringing us to our hotel. But the price was double as high than the taxi we finally ordered

Everything was excellent. The only drawback was the delay: we arrived in Phuket 2 hours after the scheduled time, and we weren't given any explanation.

This trip was mostly smooth and on time compared to my arrival in Koh Samui that was three hours late. Only complaint was it is hard to hear instructions over the megaphone, so it would be helpful to have an agent at the ferry dock help travelers get to the correct bus.

Scheduled to arrive in Phuket at 630pm but almost 1.5 hour late. Driver was on his phone without headphones, and when he got excited from the phone call he lifted his another hand from the steering. So no hands on the steering even though it’s just for few seconds…
