It would have had 5 stars but the driver turned up over an hour late and we had to change bus 3 times and drop off people at Krabi airport. But overall an ideal service

The driver drove us to the wrong travel agency. A Man at the agency explained to us that the driver had not taken us to the right spot. He tried helping us and called 12go.asia. They said the driver has to come back. Well, he didn't. So we spend 100 Bath to get to the other station. Then we hopped on a Mini van that Was so small my friend had to fit his knees outside his seat because it was to little space. Then we drove to several stations to pick up people. In the end we missed our ferry by 5min and had to wait an extra hour. This travel wasn't smooth at all and we could not even check whether we were at the right stations because there is no info about it. We only knew we would end at Nathon Pier.

First part (hotel pick up in koh samui to Krabi) was great, driver was really friendly and turned up on time 👍, Then when it was time to change to another bus In Krabi town things went a bit awry. Delayed connection in Krabi for 2 hours. Sitting around the tour operators office waiting for another bus. Then operator didn't give us our ferry tickets so had to buy them again to complete the last leg of our journey

We missed the first ferry we were supposed to take, having to wait one more hour more at the pier. Unnecessary when the trip is already very long. Other than that an okay experience.

Overall the trip was value for money, however it would have been nice to have a toilet stop before the bus journey and to be able to have something to eat on the bus. Great to have all the different forms of transport to do the trip organised for us.

They were 2hrs LATE for the pickup. I had to call them 5 times and every time they just tell you they'll come in 15-30 mins but nothing would happen. After 1hr they stopped answering the phone which caused more confusion. If you're gonna be 2hrs late, just push the pick up time by 2hrs. Or when I call you, say it'll come in 2 hours, not 15 mins!!! How hard is that. Besides the pickup mess, the rest of the trip was fine.
