The waiting room was very chaotic. Poor organization. The ferry was delayed for an hour and a half. People were vomiting on the deck and sitting with these bags instead of going to dispose of them.

It was delayed for 2 1/2 hours. 50 people hat to wait in one closed room with 2 small fans.

We got the 8 am fast ferry. It was on time and took around 4 hours. Journey was very smooth. Make sure you get there an hour early as you have to do a bag check. Would recommend.

Over crowded, 2.5 hours late leaving, no communication about pre printing tickets before checking in even though I had been to the Jomalia office in El Nido to enquire about whether the ferries were sailing. Poor booked a plane back!!

we got seasick because the boat moved a lot. we would have preferred to have a more stable boat in order to avoid this with the possibility of going outside. Also we had a strong smell of diesel during the journey. It’s really not my best experience
