It doesn’t deserve even one star. Avoid this company if you don’t want to have a headache. First i booked and paid my trip to Gili one day before departure which was confirmed. One hour before pick up they texted me that boat is already full and there is no next boat to Goli. So i had to reschedule my hotel at Gili ane also the company rescheduled my trip to Gili for the next day and they confirmed it. So the next day driver should pick us up at the hotel at 9.00 am. He texted me message at 5am when we were still sleeping that he will pick us up at 5.20 am. No previous updates like he thinks im awake the whole night waiting just for his message when he will pick me up. When i inform company that i booked and paid pickup for 9.00 am, they said that later boats are not operating due the waves, which was lie because I took taxi and went to the port and I bought new ticket and went to Gili. Also the company I took to Gili told me that today is good weather and there is no waves and that previous company lied to me to avoid refund. So at the end I had to go myself to port and buy new tickets. This company deserves to be reported to police as a scammers! I even contacted 12go support who didn’t helped me at all, bad customer service from them as well. Regards.

The journey was smooth and comfortable. They played Mr Bean in the cabin and gave us snacks and water. The staff came round asking if everyone was ok. We were a bit delayed due to bad weather, but this affected all boats. They communicated updates via WhatsApp the day before. Great service :)

The weather was good, and the trip was fine. However, the travel time predicted by 12go is completely incorrect. It takes 2.5 hours if everything goes well. They almost always miss the scheduled departure time. Otherwise, the boat was fine, and the trip went well.
