I traveled to Koh Samui. On the way, I asked the driver to stop the car so I could use the restroom. The driver stopped the car for me. I thanked him and continued the journey for another 30 minutes. The driver also stopped the car for another 10 minutes and continued the journey to Koh Samui pier. We were very satisfied with the service.

This service was reliable and on time but the main bus you get is very uncomfortable. The minibus that takes you the main bus terminal was fine though, and so was the ferry. We had two large backpacks and 2 small rucksacks, this wasn’t a problem

Driver left us just on the road, when it was mentioned that it will be hotel transfer. But thank you to operator, they checked everything and said that they can refund us.
