Good pickup, Driver was courteous. Through 5 hour drive, driver interacted with his phone 80% of the time. Sending texts, watching you tube, playing games. Did not feel safe. More than once drifted into adjacent lane because he was distracted. He is otherwise a good driver but should be told to put his phone away.

The outward journey went very well, including communication. Unfortunately, there are currently problems because I would like to change my departure for the return journey and go to Pattaya instead of the airport. The person on WhatsApp is not responding very kindly. I still don't know whether this will work, which is a real shame. The only response I received was: I don't have time to deal with this. I am now considering cancelling the trip completely and taking a private taxi from Kurt. That's a real shame. I enjoyed travelling with 12 Asia.
