All staff we interacted with were polite and friendly. Our driver stopped so we could have a toilet break and grab a wee snack without being prompted. The van was so comfortable, the kids thought they were living the high life!

The car is fortuner but seems like very old model and already used around 490,000KM. It is not what we expected. In your website and in booking PDF the car looks very new model so we pay very hight for the safety and comfortable. If car is old model, we will just hire a small car. Any car can transport us. But we want safety and comfortable feeling so we pay high. I am happy with the driver but i am not happy with the car.
