Vitālijs ZDue to a late plane, we got late to our bus. The sales lady in BKK airport was first of all pushing us to buy new tickets, I pushed her to just change the time for us as our plane was late, she agreed to do it for 100 THB for 2 people, thanks for this. I don't know if she took money for herself, or if it was a fee for the service.
We took a bus at 21:30 from BKK. Bus was supposed to go to Jomtien bus station, but dropped everyone off at North bus station. In the ticket, it showed that it had to go to Jomtien. That caused unexpected problems for us. Sad that for whatever reason it happens like that, especially with such late buses. I understand driver wants to sleep, but I think service must be provided in full.

Steven HThe counter attendant told me that the bus was full and I needed to go to the next counter for the subsequent bus (an hour later). This other counter was able to print my pass for the correct bus on time. The employee behind the first counter wasn't friendly. I was disappointed by her behavior.
