Andre GBad driver, didnt talk english, it was dificult for me to see what was my stop and he didnt care about the passengers. When I got out of the bus, he was rude giving the luggage and yelling to other passenger. Also someone pick my luggage for transfer and I didnt know who the guy was until i stop him and say that i had my oen transportation, and he did bad face to me saying something in that that i didnt understood.

Tim DStaff at the airport ticket shop were great, getting my tickets ahead of the queue! At 6pm they were still selling tickets for the 7pm bus, but I'm glad we already had reservations thtough you because they usually sell out quickly and, in the past, I've waited 2 hours for seats

Lawrence MMy biggest disappointment was at the transfer to van to hotel. The van had 4 drop offs, but the routing took us to the furtherest stop first, having the majority of the people, that was closet to the depot sit in the van the longest. It makes not sense to have all these people go through all these stops needlessly. The person furtherest away should be the last drop off and the one closet to the depot should be the first drop off and should be in order of how close they are to the depot. The majority of people were upset that they had to spend all this time in a van when they could be unwinding at their hotel
