Rachael GAfter reading some bad reviews I was a little apprehensive, but actually we found the journey good. Slept well. However we was 45 mins early.

Pauline SThe bus departed on time but picked up multiple people on the way on random stops. This lead to a delay of over 1.5 hours - we booked the connection as it was supposed to be the fastest which definitely was not true. In addition we did not stop for a toilet break for 5 hours. I cannot recommend that operator.

Sarah The driver was rude and they have a rule you can’t eat on board - for a 6 hour journey?! They speak zero English and he just communicated in shouting and signs. No alerts that we would soon arrive or soon leave (We left ahead of schedule) or that we would have one. Real or for how long. It was nerve wracking. My drop off was Hanoi airport. But when we were on outskirts of Hanoi, I was asked to get off with no warning ahead of time, my suitcase was already on the pavement outside a Sao Viet office, then a person appears asks me which one imy suitcase was and that I should follow him and we get on to another bus. I have no mobile data but something makes me look at google map once on the new bus and then I realise we have driven past the airport. I go to the front, the new driver is also shouting at me to go back but I’m barefoot as is another rule on this bus and I just sit down on a stair beside him and try to show the assistant that I need to go to airport by pointing at the plane symbol. He finally understands and shows me some name list to ask if I’m someone else and I say no. He gets angry with me and then starts calling numbers. No one is communicating with me. They start driving. I obviously am on my way to the airport to catch a flight and time is of the essence . Finally I realise they are saying they are trying to find a taxi. I have no money, no mobile data and I simply don’t want to be scammed by a taxi driver who could literally quote anything as a price. They ask me to get off in some dark corner, where they have located a taxi. I tried to ask them to share WiFi with me but no comprehension. I finally communicate that I have no data, no money; they’ve offloaded my luggage by then so I realise I have no choice and it’s up to me to solve this issue by hoping some helpful stranger can share their data with me and I call a Grab to this middle of nowhere spot . But the assistant gives some money to the driver and says Fuck you to me. That English he knew. I had to get into this car with no recourse for assistance should something NG go wrong. I was so scared driving through back roads but my google maps told me he was going in the right direction. Imagine my shock when we drive past the airport and also spoke no English when I tried to point at airport to him; he dropped me at some Sao Vet office and I had to lug my suitcase and walk in a highway back about over a kilometre to the airport. I happened to make my flight on time but I could have easily missed it ( this whole ordeal lasted an hour and a half) m, but I am appalled and disgusted at this experience. I think this company has forgotten they are offering services, what it means to offer a service, and how they treated me was highly incompetent, disgraceful, and unprofessional. I would expect a response and apology or some kind of compensation and even though in all likelihood I wouldn’t get it, it would be the right thing to do by the company.
Ps- My recline was broken so I could not sit on my seat with my back against the backrest; but just lay down unlike the passengers around me.

Judith EVery hard communications. First bus booked out then earlier bus then later bus thought all sorted then day before more communication from company that was in contradiction that resulted in us being there far earlier than bus left. Once on bus my seat was broken I advised depot staff he said advise the driver, the driver not willing to engage at all. . Had previously taken different trip with this company and that was great so I guess you cannot be lucky all the time

Serghei PRude driver. Didn’t allow people to use the toilet inside the bus for 1 hour because he needed some water. I think he could solve that before the journey, he was 1 hour late…

Bruno SPeople were sleeping in the hallway of the bus after yelling through the whole bus at 3 AM during 20 Minutes. The driver was way too fast, making it impossible to sleep and making us arrive 1 hour earlier, the speed implying lack of comfort was not necessary at all.

Reese CIt was as it was advertised. Bus from Sapa to Hanoi airport was good. If you’re taller than 5’9 you won’t be able to lay flat but I made it work and still slept. Got me to the destination an hour and a half early
