Iuliana LThe bus came 1h later, the communication in the meantime was very inconsistent. We booked a minibus but ended up in a much bigger bus which was not as comfortable or clean as advertised in the pictures. We also got moved halfway through the trip in another bus which was even dirtier and more crowded. It was a disappointing experience.

Paul PUnfortunately, the first driver on the way to Ninh Bình seemed to make about 15 phone calls. We also stopped four or five times to pick up and deliver parcels. In Ninh Bình, we were dropped off and waited for the second driver to take us straight to our accommodation. That wasn’t a problem for us. However, he was very stressed during the journey and dropped us off just under a kilometre from the hotel because he claimed the road was closed. Yet there was another parallel road 15 metres further on, which he could have used. The first van was also quite old and we had to sit up front with the driver. All in all, not recommended!

Emma The trip took forever, while not entirely the drivers fault (one passenger asked for an unscheduled stop and took about 20 minutes in the bathroom), he did make a few unscheduled stops to pick up items. At least, we were dropped off at our hotel directly and didn’t need to other transfer they had mentioned in the reservation.

Jovita RThe pick up point was not clear and the bus stopped on the road and not in the bus station.
The driver was rude, playing music load and talking on his phone loadly the whole trip. When I left as the last passanger in the bus he texted in his phone in translate app “you are beautiful girl, do you have a lover?” which is totally inappropriate and felt unsafe, I got out immediately.

Brett DDriver had zero communication skills. Made small detours to pick up and drop off friends. Dropped us of at a random spot told us to get out. He loaded a new group and drove away with zero information for the passengers.

Cleo WWas ok, but we got 2.5 km away from official drop off point (outside tam coc) then driver pulled over to call us a taxi to take us the rest of the way. They refused to drive the last 5 minutes until I said I would walk the rest(which was a 40 min walk). They did eventually take us the full way tho, but it was strange and annoying since it was late.

Noah Kthe driver was smoking in the car, a guy (local) did watch videos loudly - nobody said something. the car was old. wouldn’t go again with this company.

Wei CI paid 150k extra for choosing a 12 seater minibus because of all the horror reviews I've been reading about the shenanigans the limousine vans were up to. I figured that driving a bus would lessen the dangerous driving so often exhibited by limousine van drivers.
Lo and behold, I was fobbed off to a limousine van on the day of pick up. April Adventure was also slow in confirming the pick up time and point. At the arranged place and time, the van was no where to be seen, even though communicating through April Adventure, the driver insisted that he was outside the hotel. After 10 minutes of frantic searching, sending photos to prove that there was no van, it was located 100m up the road before my hotel. Apparently address and map reading are not the driver's strengths.
So I got everything I paid extra to avoid. Reckless speeding with frequent overtaking using the wrong side of the road, liberal use of the horn, parcel collection, loud music blaring from speakers only turned off when he had to speak on the phone and multiple pick ups and drop offs along the way. Because of these, I reached my destination 45 minutes ahead of schedule, thankfully in one piece.
Only recommended for those with a death wish.
