First my cabin 6D was very hot inside and I asked at the driver if is possible to change place, never answered, I travelled completely sweat. second we supposed to arrive at 6.30am and we arrived 4.30am, two hours earlier, was so stressful !

Our bags were wet and smelled of fish because the suitcases were carrying a lot of packages, including fish. The stopover wasn't good either. There were no good places to eat and only pit toilets. The bus arrived half an hour late, and with all the deliveries on the way, we arrived almost an hour and a half later!

In the beginning I was positively surprised by the bus. It was new, mostly clean and no weird smells. The staff was neutral to friendly and we started with only 30mins delay. But, during an 9 hour journey 2 toilet stopps are just not enough! Especially when not stopping for 4.5 hours. Even after I asked for a toilet break, I had to wait another 45min, this was absolute pain and NOT OKAY.

We were told at the last minute that our bus was cancelled and we had to take an earlier bus that arrived in the middle of the night, which meant that we had to get a hotel for that night. Also, the bus itself was very uncomfortable. The sleeping seats were very hard

Only a bit a delayed departure and arrived a little bit earlier than planed at destination. But the bus was nice and we could sleep a bit- what meand much on vietnams streets.

Only took around 5.5 hours, only half an hour late but only us two on the bus. No toilet stops but meant we got there early

Left and arrived on time. Vehicle was a bit more dated compared to other vip busses we had been on. We had one longer stop but as it was an 8 hour drive could have benefitted from more stops
