The bus was 40 minutes late. We were told that there is a free shuttle service from the bus, which then turns out there was none (not clear why). The seats in the cabins are not fully flat, thus a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

The bus was very comfortable, the best we’ve had since traveling around Vietnam. The staff were friendly. The driver also didn’t continuously use his horn which meant a more pleasurable drive and we all managed to get quite a lot of sleep which was much needed.

If on the top, there is more space, seat lays flat. If on the bottom, it's not as high and the very back on does not lay flat as it is over the wheels which I assume is the same for the ones at the front wheels. Where is no price difference and no way of choosing these. It was an hour later than scheduled (not too bad). I do like 12go so this is more a reflection of the bus that the app

No bottle of wáter. No hand tissue. We departed half a hour later. I am used to take Night buses in Vietnam but this couch moved so much and badly that make sleeping very dificult.

Comfort was really good and nice, everything was clean and we had nothing to complain about. the service from the personnel was really bad. Almost a little agressive I would say. My girlfriend wanted to go to the toilet at a stop, and they let her go in the open grassfield. She did not go and they said they would stop after an hour, but that never happened. I didn’t receive any information from the hq regarding departure pick up time cofirmation, I sent 5 messages to have a feedback from them ! They were on time respectively both on the departure and arrival time! The driver was not so good at all
