Leaves on time. I had the booking on the bus terminal but the staff politely informed me of the changes, so they had to transferred me to the van transport instead with no additional cost. Great service!

Avoid at all cost! First the bus came 35 minutes late. The air-conditioningnwas virtually not working all the way (working little, super hot at the back of the bus), neither electric sockets for phone charging. At the end the bus just stopped 15 mlkm before Siem Reap and was still for 40 minutes for no apparent reason! In total 1 hour 30 minutes late, we landed in the middle of the night. It's a joke company.
