Fantastic Customer Service and Bus transfer. I was late for the bus because of public event the roads in the city was blocked so my taxi had to find the way around. I call to the company and explained the situation. The bus was waiting 15 minutes and I made on time. Driver and staff provide fantastic service. The bus is clean and safe. No need to be worried about my bag - they are watching and checking everything all the time. Toilet was clean and the overall experience was INCREDIBLE! :D

Left way too late as the driver kept finding local people to fill up the bus, even waiting 30mins at one point. One of the stops to pee, the driver just ordered a full on meal, meaning we had to wait 30 mins before driving off again. Needless to say we were late at our destination, AND we got dropped off in the wrong spot! When I told the driver, he didn’t understand a word of what I said and laughed at me with his colleagues.

The bus stopped very often to pick up and drop random people along the way. A 6 hour journey turned into a 7 1/2 hours because of this. Additionally the couple of times the driver stopped for “toilet” breaks we were not told how long the stop was for so it was very confusing. Several people asked the driver but he could not speak any English so we had no idea what was going on at each stop!

Overall, I'd rate the ride as relatively comfortable. My only complaint is the poorly functioning air conditioning. It was 36 degrees Celsius outside.

The bus was clean and new. Left on time, had a 30 minute rest stop and arrived only 5 mins late. The bus had a toilet which was spotless. Bed was comfortable and clean. I had the option of booking which seat I preferred (single or double, top or bottom)
