Jana The first bus was fine, but then shortly before our arrival we had to change bus and from there on it just went downhill. the driver drove past our stop even though we communicated to the driver on the first bus where we were staying. One would assume that the drivers would communicate about that. He then proceeded to try and somewhat kick us out somewhere which we refused, we proceeded to tell him our designated location and he said okay. After that we drove to the harbour where all of the cruise ships start. Where again he wanted to kick us off the bus, we told him that this is not where we are staying and it is so much further away from our hotel then when we originally changed buses. He barely even looked at us and just said stop here, stop here. We told him no and even translated it into Vietnamese so we could communicate but he wouldn’t even look at the message. After he took our bags out of the van we didn’t really have another choice than to get an extra taxi to our hotel. Pleasant experience until we had to change buses. Lack of communication and patience.

The limousine arrived more o less on time. Really good in Tuan Chau, the driver leaves you in front of your Cruise.

Ignacio VThe back seats in the van are not as comfortable as the others, with little room to stretch your legs and a backrest position shared with the other people in the back row. Also, the voucher announces 4 hours to destination and in reality it took nearly 5 hours and almost made us miss our cruise. Finally, the driver didn't seem to understand what our final destination was despite it being clearly written in the voucher

Monika PWe've been traveling in Vietnam for four weeks, but we've never encountered such a fast and reckless driver. He picked up someone for cash and then sat them in the gap between the seats with a plastic chair because all the seats were full. And then he dropped us off 20 minutes from our booked destination, claiming that was the stop. After consulting with management, they paid us a Grab to the stop. We've been traveling in Vietnam for four weeks, but we've never encountered such a fast and reckless driver. Therefore only 2 stars deduction!

Megane MThey asked us to change bus when we arrived near our destination. The bus was late but the driver didn’t care, he was driving slow and making a lot of stops. All the passengers almost missed their cruise ship for Halong bay.

Susie LOver an hour late picking us up. As always with this company they are never on time, the customer service is terrible and the bus drivers are awful and grumpy. The only saving grace is the quality of the VIP busses, always on point.
